Feasibility Report
Feasibility Report: Formal document for management use, briefly enough and sufficently non technical to be understandable by high level management. There is no standard or formal format for the preparation.
Primary objectives are as followed:
- What the proposed system will achieve
- Who will be involved in operating the system
- Benefits of the system
- Estimated cost

The website we (Emily and I...the title of the system is still in the process of being created) are developing is to display information about multimedia and its various uses depending on the type of multimedia/information is being researched. It is in our hopes to achieve the goal of having individuals (*cough*Mr Cavil*cough*) leaving the website with more knowledge in regard to multimedia and multimedia systems, in language/format that is easily understandable, and also designed well.
The website we (Emily and I...the title of the system is still in the process of being created) are developing is to display information about multimedia and its various uses depending on the type of multimedia/information is being researched. It is in our hopes to achieve the goal of having individuals (*cough*Mr Cavil*cough*) leaving the website with more knowledge in regard to multimedia and multimedia systems, in language/format that is easily understandable, and also designed well.
Those involved in the system would be the creators/maitenance crew (myself and partner/co-owner Emily), users (once again Mr Cavil...or perhaps students who wish to learn more about multimedia (not that there would be a lot but we still can hope)???).
There are numerous benefits to having a website like this including:
- Easy access to information surrounding multimedia - which means time saving for everyone
- Free access to those who are able to access it (as it won't technically be on the world wide web)
- Understandable for everyone, therefore users from all background/education levels would be able to understand what is being said.
As the website is a school assignment there would be no economic cost to it's creation, in fact there should be not cost whatsoever in terms of money, time wise however is another thing.
